The structure of our team mirrors our approach to business. We are an 'open source', team made of full-time consultants, freelance consultants, and advisory associates who have all come together out of a shared desire to leverage our skills, create community and demonstrate business leadership by example. Like the solutions that we create, we believe our combined capacity is far greater than our individual effect.
We all work deeply in the sectors of our specialization and draw knowledge broadly from related sectors.
Our collective expertise includes intimate knowledge of venture philanthropy and impact investing, Investment Banking, Private Banking, (Ethical) Supply Chain Management, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Family Office Consulting, Management Consulting, investigative reporting and Information and Communication Technology for Development.
Kelly Clark founded Marmanie Consulting, a collaborative consortium of consultants, for which Kelly serves as Founder and Managing Director, in July 2006.
Audrey works in an advisory capacity to Marmanie, with a focus on the venture philanthropy space and a particular interest in emerging markets and sustainable, socially-oriented investments.
Natalie is a freelance consultant with Marmanie and has been an advisor to the Marmanie team since 2006.
Henrietta Lake is an ethical sourcing consultant, specializing in labour productivity improvement and human resource management upgrading for labour-intensive industries.
