The origin of the name
‘Marmanie’ is the Gaelic name for grandmother, a word that
my father’s family has used for generations. I named the business Marmanie because its essence is about transferring knowledge and wisdom from one generation to another; in families, in business and via intellectual property. We do this through leadership and guidance in a way that is personal, comprehensive, caring and unique.
The other more personal reason for the choice of name is that
my grandmother, Marnie, was the most influential person in
my early life. To this day she inspires me to strive for excellence in everything I do.
